Pricing

Listed prices are Standard €17/card; Bulk €7/card, minimum 10 cards; Custom Atelier €30/card. Non-transparent slab finishes add €5/card, artwork label treatment adds €2/card, and custom typography adds €1/card. Shipping and handling is listed at €10/order. Applicable taxes and final service details should be confirmed at checkout.

Orders and payment

Online payments and persistent order management must be configured before accepting live orders. Do not submit payment details until a secure, verified payment provider checkout is enabled. Order confirmations and payment status must be verified by the server, not by the customer browser.

Shipping and card condition

We handle every card with care and will never intentionally damage, substitute, or improperly keep a customer’s card. We will take reasonable precautions to protect each card during packaging, including using suitable protective materials. However, once a parcel is handed to the shipping carrier, loss, delays or damage may occur in transit, and we cannot guarantee successful delivery or arrival in perfect condition. Please retain proof of postage and tracking details. Any claim or remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Grading and authentication

Slab previews, grades, QR marks and serial numbers displayed as illustrations are not proof of a completed grading, authentication, valuation or certification service. Only records confirmed by PGS should be treated as official.

Polos Grading Service (PGS) is a concept brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA or other grading companies. Pokémon and card names belong to their respective rights holders.
